Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Process

We offer a 7 days returns policy. Refunds for returned items can be processed in the following ways:

• Store Credits: You can opt for a refund in the form of store credits, which will be credited to your store account and can be used for future purchases.
• Bank Account Refund: Alternatively, you may choose to have the refund processed directly to your bank account for added convenience.

Refund Timing:

Refunds will be processed within 48 to 72 hours after the item is picked up.
If the refund is approved, it will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy:

Customer may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing your order and receive a full refund. To cancel, please contact us via email at [sale@urbanrags.in] with your order details. Cancellations requested after the 24-hour period will not be eligible for a refund.
