At Urbanrags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the detailed instructions below to ensure a smooth process.
- Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased from Urbanrags within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- All tags intact
- Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Log into your account and navigate to the “My Orders” section on the Urbanrags Website or Mobile site.
- Step 2: Click on the 'Return' option next to the item you wish to return.
- Step 3: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.
- Step 4: Make sure to note the Return ID that is generated at the end of this process, as you will need it for your return.
- Return Pick-Up Facility
In select locations, Urbanrags offers a convenient pick-up facility. If you wish to schedule a pick-up, please follow these guidelines:
- Preparation: Place the product(s) in a secure packet. Ensure that the items are unused, unwashed, and that all tags remain intact.
- Pick-Up Timing: Once your return request is submitted, our courier will pick up the item(s) within 1 to 3 business days. To expedite the process, please have the packet ready.
- Handling Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue:
- Step 1: Click on 'Return' in the ‘My Orders’ section and follow the instructions to upload images of the product.
- Step 2: Ensure that you provide a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures. The images should clearly highlight the damage or defect, and please mark the affected areas in red.
- Step 3: Include an image of the original labels/tags and the invoice.

Important Notes
- Any returns initiated after 7 days of receiving the product will not be considered.
- Complaints regarding defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order to be eligible for resolution.
- Exchanges/ defective or incorrect items will be delivered in 5 days.
