Returns
Our garments are all made-to-order and specially handcrafted for you. By placing an order, we assume that you agree to our terms and conditions. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, we are happy to assist with alterations.
For alterations on garments shipped internationally, return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer, while we will cover the cost of shipping the altered garment back to the customer.
Note: Sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Any order purchased during a sample sale is not eligible for exchange, return, or customization under any circumstances. The original sample will be delivered as-is for sample sales.
Taxes & Duties
The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. For international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country, and payment is required at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.

Orders & Cancellations
We reserve the right to accept or reject orders placed through our Site. We strive to provide the best quality products. However, once placed, orders cannot be canceled or exchanged, and no refund will be issued, as these items are custom-made for you.
Sizing
The fit of our products may vary depending on the cut, fabric, and style of each product. Some products are designed with a relaxed fit, while others are more fitted. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size for you.
Colors
While we strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee complete color accuracy on your monitor or screen, as displays vary. Additionally, colors may differ slightly in photos compared to the actual product.
Delivery
Products are delivered within 15–30 days, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent delivery or queries, please contact us. Delays may occur if we do not receive complete payment, accurate address details, measurements, or other necessary information on time, or if we receive no response from the customer.
We aim to ensure timely delivery by partnering with third-party vendors. However, we do not assume responsibility for delays caused by third parties.
